Day 1: Arrival in Istanbul

Day 2: Istanbul and Optional Old City Tour
Breakfast. Free day in Istanbul, with the option to join a full-day visit of the historic city. See Hagia Sophia from the exterior, visit Topkapi Palace, enjoy lunch in Sultanahmet, then continue to the Blue Mosque and the Hippodrome with its historic monuments. Late afternoon visit to the Grand Bazaar before returning to the hotel.

Day 3: Balat, Bosphorus and Spice Bazaar
Breakfast. Explore Balat on a panoramic tour, then take a Bosphorus boat trip between the European and Asian sides of Istanbul. Continue to the Spice Bazaar, still active after five centuries. Optional afternoon visits may include Suleyman the Magnificent Mosque, Beylerbeyi Palace and Camlica Hill.

Day 4: Istanbul to Ankara

Day 5: Ankara to Cappadocia

Day 6: Cappadocia Landscapes

Day 7: Cappadocia to Pamukkale
Breakfast. Depart early for Pamukkale. Visit the ancient ruins of Hierapolis and the white thermal terraces of the Cotton Castle, formed by calcium-rich spring waters. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 8: Ephesus and Istanbul
Breakfast. Travel to Ephesus, known for the Library of Celsus, Temple of Hadrian and grand theater. Visit the House of the Virgin Mary and stop at a leather fashion boutique. Return to Istanbul by regular bus service, or optionally fly from Izmir to Istanbul.

Breakfast. Discover Dubai with Deira, the Spice Souk, the Gold Souk and an Abra crossing over Dubai Creek. Continue by Jumeirah Road for Jumeirah Mosque exterior view and Burj Al Arab photo stop, then visit Dubai Mall and ascend Burj Khalifa. Optional evening dhow dinner cruise along Dubai Creek.
